The Salish sentence

From:Robert Jung <robertmjung@...>

At www.indiana.edu/~gasser/L503/phonology.html, I found:

"iai uou aia uee ao aua aia ie
"`They had two flowers and four sails.' (Kiribatese)
"
"`then he had had in his possession a bunchberry plant' (Bella Coola)"

Could someone give me the correct Salish sentence (word), in the orthography? I got
it with some weird symbols (optional hyphen...) in those PDF files.
