At www.indiana.edu/~gasser/L503/phonology.html, I found: "iai uou aia uee ao aua aia ie "`They had two flowers and four sails.' (Kiribatese) " "`then he had had in his possession a bunchberry plant' (Bella Coola)" Could someone give me the correct Salish sentence (word), in the orthography? I got it with some weird symbols (optional hyphen...) in those PDF files. --Robert
