I think this is the reason why culture wise, I go with Filipino. Even
though Filipino culture is varied, there is a lot that much of the country
shares, that is common and somewhat unifying (IMHO). Anyway, if I were to
say what American culture I belonged to, i'd have to say "Coastal Northern
California" Which is allied to "Coastal Southern Californian" ;). But, by
and large, I agree, America is a country without a definite culture
(monoculture), which is something I like, it gives diversity and variety.
