Halloween in the Netherlands?

Okay, I know this is totally offtopic, but I heard recently that
Halloween, American-style, is actually being "celebrated" in
the Netherlands.  This so shocked me that I feel compelled
to ask for more information than this -- is it true?  I know we
have several Europeans here, who might know an answer.
