A convenient way of shrinking URLs like this is to use the tinyurl.com service. Go to tinyurl.com, paste the big URL into the box, hit the button, and then use the returned small URL, which you can then post freely. In this case, I've already done it: http://tinyurl.com/2fdzc . You probably don't want to do this for anything that's truly meant to be permanent, because it will only work as long as tinyurl.com stays in business.
