Your point, if any, continues to elude me.
What I wrote about Discworld seasons amounted to: "One day it looks like
this ... 800 days later it looks like that again." How, pray tell, am I
to say such a thing without referring to two days 800 apart? Apparently
you want me to throw accuracy out the window and write "The Disc is in
the same position on day 1 and day 800."
I wasn't proposing a calendar, but if you want to debate calendars:
What's the advantage of having nine values (012345678) for the high
digit rather than eight (01234567)?
