I'd like to volunteer to take this over. Of course, I'm mostly a
lurker, so I don't know if you trust me. But there's no other reason
not to. :)
Interestingly, the CSUR page seems to have been updated on Feb. 18,
2008. Though the only changes appear to be that Phaistos Disc was
withdrawn, and Ewellic changed status from proposed to registered. If
there's a chance this will come back to life, I don't want to step on
Everson's or Cowan's or anybody else's toes.
