According to my handy-dandy CSS decoder ring, that's "Trebuchet MS".
Which is a common font choice in blogs; I think it's the default in
some popular blog software (maybe WordPress). The fact that I don't
recall ever seeing that particular type of ampersand before even
though it has that appearance in such a common font just points up the
rarity of the typeset amp, I guess.
