[LCC] Conlanging resources talk or pages

Another request for the LCC (idea courtesy of Matt Haupt):

A short - 15-30 minute - and organized presentation about the
resources available to conlangers.

Cover:
* conlang-related books
* online resources
* online communities
* linguistics books of particular note or relevance
* other resources

Also, a few well-made pages for the printed program containing all the
same info in a format easy for people to reference later.

If you are interested in giving this presentation or creating the
pages (RTF or DOC format, so it can be easily stitched & converted to
PDF), please let me know.

Yes, most of this info is already available online. That makes your
job even easier. ;-)
