Yes (to #1), Minza is written in the Latin alphabet (with diacritics). I use capital Ø for the null morpheme, so there's rarely any chance of confusion (unless a sentence or name starts with a capital Ø followed by a hyphen, which I can't think of an example of.) Theoretically I guess Unicode must have a "null" character, but in practice I haven't found it worth the trouble to look it up.
