Yes.
Especially for the common accents[1] where the /ju/ is not actually
pronounced as [ju]--that is to say, where <muse> /mjuz/ does not rhyme
with <ooze> /uz/.
The pronunciation is more like [iw] (or [_jiw] even) than [ju].

[1] Where "common" at this point consists of "both people who live in my
apartment."
