Conculture list is born

Okay, the conculture list exists! To subscribe, surf to
http://www.onelist.com , or just send a blank email to
mailto://conculture-subscribe@onelist.com . The latter
mechanism should be in place immediately; the former will
be working after 1900 UTC today.
Onelist.com is a commercial mailing list provider, and as such
attaches ads to the bottom of messages that it processes, but
in my experience (I manage two lists from there, and subscribe
to several more) 99% of all such messages are ads for Onelist
itself, and as such benign.
If anyone objects to me as list admin, I will turn over the job to
a suitably chosen successor once the list is launched.
