There are languages that distinguish voiced/unvoiced fricatives at the
labio-dental and bilabial position. I see no reason why it would be any more
difficult to distinguish stops. I've heard that there are labio-dental stops
in a few natlangs out there, but I've never seen examples. There so few that
there was no need to create a symbol.
