If you want to type it in HTML, type &#x17f;. BTW: I can't see the
character you can get (I get a lovely box instead.) At a guess, I'm
going to say it's s-caron. Try using &#161; instead. If it's not that,
forgive me but like I said, I can only guess because I can't see it.
