Perhaps I should petition John to exercise his Strange Powers to add a new
tag to join CHAT, USAGE, et al: SPONT (Stuff Peter Ought Not Read). That way,
I can safely send all SPONT emails to /dev/null (now if only everyone would
change the subject headings!)
After all, didn't you know that the sole purpose of the list is for my
continued amusement? Keep me happy, folks...
