I wouldn't be so sure Antisemitism _is_ on the rise in Europe. This survey -
http://people-press.org/reports/display.php3?ReportID=206 - found it to be
falling, and while I wouldn't take that as indisputable fact, I'm not aware of
any much evidence it's rising either.
