|c|=[k] is pretty mild. Putting unnecessary diaereses over every odd vowel is

Assuming that's meant to be [x], Spanish, marginally, in antique spellings
like "Mexico", and dialects that have [x] for that phoneme.

I'd be suprised if there's not some IPAically inspired orthographies of recent
vintage that do it too.

If indeed uvular, what langs are you thinking of that writes it as |ch|? Can't
think of any off-hand, myself.
