Yeah it's brief, but I'll expand on it a good bit in future updates. I
should include IPA and all that, but I was kinda in a rush. I also didn't
want to list EVERY single consonant, so I listed the basic consonants, then
said that each one could be palatized or labiovelarized, so I'd imagine
people would get the point. I need to elaborate on the rhotics (the language
has both sounds of Spanish 'r'), and I failed to mention a rare velar
lateral. I also forgot to mention that the retroflex rhotic and lateral and
the velar nasal cannot be doubled/geminated, nor do they appear
word-initially.
There might've been a problem for some of you viewing the document, since
it's in UTF-8. An alternative X-SAMPA version might be appropriate.
I'm still studying the basics of polysynthetic grammar. So far I've read a
description of Inuktitut and part of the Wikipedia article on Ubykh.
Another feature I'm thinking of adding is an optional 'semi-space', used to
break up the main constituents of polysynthetic words, e.g. verbs from
incorporating nouns or adverbs, or nouns and incorporated adjectives. This
would be represented by a hyphen or a middle dot, like the one used in
Catalan for non-palatal double 'l'.
