Latin _uncia_ = 1/12
Japanese _wari_ = 1/10; _bu_ = 1/100; _rin_ = 1/1000; mou = 1/10,000
Or, indeed, English _percent_ = 1/100

I believe Latin did. They had special words for multiples of 1/12.
