Are you using ' as in IPA/CXS (before the stressed syllable) or as in
some dictionaries (after the stressed syllable)?
At first I assumed the former (as default for this list?), i.e. many
people stress the word on the second syllable, but that would indicate
that others stress it on the part of the word after the last syllable.
