I think that's what it's called... it's when voiced sounds, for instance
/a/, instead of being continually voiced, the voicing turns on and off
really really fast so it sounds sort of like when you talk into a fan.
It doesn't actually cause pain, it just makes my vocal apparatus
exhausted so it's really hard to do it after a while, and makes my throat
somewhat sore.
