The Creation, in Valdyan mythology, was a matter of the One (the
Creator, father of all the gods) *imagining* the world. The Creator
*saying* something is a literary fiction to express that he thought
it up before and now "fixes" it.

I could have put the whole object sentence (_shen arlesat_) before
_laynynat_, in the normal object position, but it's so clearly
emphatic that I threw it out of the sentence.

If someone would say this in the course of a gripping story, it would
probably come out as "Dochan so laynynat: Shen arlesat! laynynat"
because the speaker *knows* to finish the sentence with the verb, but
he needs the first _laynynat_ as a kind of springboard :-)
