You can add multiple tags. Just make sure 'conlangs' is one of them,
and it'll be accessible.
See the new link on <http://conlangs.berkeley.edu/schwag.php> (I've
edited it a bit); it points to something that supports exactly the
sort of multi-tagging / narrowing that you suggest.
