www.high-logic.com has a font creator program that worked for me (not very
comp.literate). You can get a 30 day demo, and IIRC registration is $29.95
or so. But I'm not sure they have a Mac version....
(I did not register, and now the 30 days are long past and I can't access
the program or revise anything. But what I created works.)
