Ruth Haarlemmerhout (park near the hospital that I was born in) or
Ruth Staten Bolwerk (park near where we lived at the time). I rather
prefer the Staten Bolwerk version.

Carlotta Kruis. Interestingly, "kruis" means "crotch" as well as
"cross" in Dutch.
