IIRC Z-cedilla is NOT found in Chuvash, though it has C-cedilla, pronounced
like [C] or strongly palatalized [s;] -- I've got no info about it more
than hearing it a couple of times while being in the army, where a guy from
Cheboksary used to receive letters from home in Chuvash, and I asked him to
read several passages aloud.
