To clarify, I was here using (somewhat ironic) third-party voice. I do
not agree with this (and agree rather with your perspective) - but the
Wikipedia notability standards (e.g. WP:WEB) do seem to.
I personally absolutely oppose notability as a criterion except
narrowly for the purposes of decluttering high-profile areas, like
primary articles, lists of especially notable conlangs, and the like.
