Congratulations to Nicole!
Glad to learn that Matt enjoyed both McGill & Montreal. Indeed, when I
caught sight of "McGill" in the subject heading, I thought for a moment it
was an email from my daughter. She's taking up a lectureship there this
fall - but in philosophy, not linguistics.
My wife & I are hoping we might get over to Montreal for a few days in
October - I've no doubt I shall see McGill sometime.
