Likely the spoke a Roman Lingo, with some influences from the local
Berber and as well some Vandal influences.. Of course with the
"invasion" of Islam into the area, there might be some Arabic influences
as well.
I know there is some sites for Coptic, the end lingo from Ancient
Egyptian which from what I remember is related to the Berber tongues as
well as a distant cousin to the Semite (or is it the other way around)..
The semites seem to have come from the the Arabian Penninsula or ....
