It's "Gender" by Greville Corbett.
There are about four copies of it used available at Chicago's
"Powell's" used book store (the one on Lincoln avenue). All are about $10
or so. New, it seems to be about $25. You might find it advantageous to
see if Powell's will take an order and mail it to you. :)
