I have a language (pitaWiSa) on the back burner that has two whistled
phonemes, but it's not a fully whistled language - it has 5
non-whistled consonant phonemes, and 3 vowels.
Ikanirae Seru also has a "translation" into pitches that could be
whistled, and I also hope eventually to create a pitch-based language,
which could be whist.
[1] Somehow Yahoo or something else in the line of transmission seems
to have eaten the link from my digest, but I was able to access it
through the archives.
