No, no. I have *no* access -- not at home. I do a lot of
things by e-mail, but I can't handle interactive input.

As you must have seen (you got the page I sent you privately,
didn't you?) it's not such big a deal; just a big 2 x n table
and minimal formatting (blockquotes, italics and boldface).
First I had left everything as preformatted text, but it
complicated the task of linking and editing, and the side
comments. Please tell me if you prefer plain text. Once that's
settled, could you put it up yourself?
