It's a dialect of Occitan/Provencal. Except for Gascon, which is a
pretty distinct dialect, there are a whole series of overlapping names
for the various forms of the langue d'oc (the term "Occitan" is modern);
"Lemosi" was most commonly used in the middle ages for the literary
form specifically.
