Not Standard Swedish, but Värmland dialect. The corresponding SSW is:
"I ån är en ö och i ön är en å"
Most people would pronounce _är_ "is" as [E:] or [&:]. I pronounce it
[e:], so in my dialect _Det är en ö_ "It is an island" is ["De::n "%:].
