So, I infer that you found the Conlang Wikibook
wanting and decided to start another project from
scratch?  May I ask why?

It wouldn't hurt to post something on
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Talk:Conlang
proposing the differential between what's
already there and what you envision --
basically the only major change would be
adding development examples for the three
example conlangs throughout the book,
and adding exercises for the reader.
I don't think any of the people presently
active on the Conlang Wikibook would
object to those clear improvements.
