Depends on the person. Some people have a tendency to make lots of
languages, abandoning them after a while, others stick with one for
years or decades. I used to be in the first category, but now I seem to
be in the second. My lang, Watakassí is approaching its second birthday
(altho it hasn't had that name the whole time - it was originally
provisionally dubbed 1998A, then W-ânsansanu, then some variant, then
finally Watakassí)

For me, I associate it with store clerks and the like, but I don't find
it particularly irritating.
