The fact that this is a list dedicated to a precise topic helps.  This
list is very well behaved for the minimal amount of moderation it needs.
It also helps us to be subversive and go wildly off topic at regular
intervals as is this current Canada uber Alles thread which this member
of another independant Commonwealth nation is reading with great
amusement.
