Conlang Flag on WikiCommons

I'm not sure what exactly the license for this is. I know I
corresponded with at least a couple of the creators, who said that
they were fine with basically any conlangy use of the flag - e.g. for
the LCS, LCC, group buy of cloth flags, etc.

So... would one of you who actually participated in its creation
please figure out what the license should be exactly, and upload it to
<http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload>?

I'd like to use it for
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Constructed_languages

I can send the best copy I have (a large PNG) to anyone who wants it.
