Both, but it leans more towards fiction. These
dinosaurs didn't leave behind artifacts, because their
only tools tended to be spears and whips made from
natural materials, and their numbers were fairly
small; and besides, artifacts from ~150 MYA wouldn't
stand a chance of being preserved.
Fiction, but plausible fiction.
