It's very well structured, though you're right, there isn't much information
beyond that needed to get a feel of the lang.

It's not very obvious from the webpage where to click to get the text file.  You
may want to surround the text in a <PRE> tag and drop it straight into that main
page.

It seems to work the same way as one of the first auxlangs I read about (an
18th(?) century "philosophical language", I forget the name).  You may want to
look at Lojban/Loglan and Dublex (by our own Jeffrey Henning) for some other
conlangs that work in a similar way.
