Those who enjoyed The Alphabet Machine http://alphabet.tmema.org/ may also find the following interesting: http://www.theory.org/artprojects/alphabetsoup/main.html I haven't taken the trouble to install it on my machine, but it seems like it could be helpful if you're trying to create a novel, but nonetheless "western" script. Anyhow, it's interesting to look at the pictures of output.
