I have no way to congratulate you in Thagojian, but I'm toying with the
idea of them borrowing "mazl tov", which would probably come across
as /mAz7l7p tovop/ or something in that arena, but I haven't yet
figured out the exact sound borrowings.
Anyway, lots of mazl that is tov, and congratulations!
