There is the much underused HHOS "Ha Ha Only Serious" (< earlier HHOK "Ha
Ha Only Kidding"), which I think almost fits that niche in semantic space.
It's in FOLDOC, so as far as I'm concerned that makes it part of English.
The description in FOLDOC is somewhat more philosophical than the context
I'm used to seeing the abbr'n itself in, BTW, but I think it still holds
some water.
