I get a much clearer image of George Bush (the
unelected one) doing the same; I'm too young to be
familiar with Chuck Norris.
And I spent most of my earlier childhood in Texas (the
Austin area)! Oh, the shame!

And as such, I speak Spanglish (Or Texican, whichever you prefer) relativly well.
I, once, was enlisted by my parental unit male to help him speak to the people
working on our house. After all, he couldn't give them the beers without
explaining why he was giving them away.
And saying "My house" in English didn't really work.
