Tyl Sjok uses _sje_ 'minus' in front of the exponent:
3/2 = sje ling il kul hen = 3*2^-1
- 1 ^ 2 3
3/100 = sje kul kjox hen = 3*10^-2
- 2 10 3
I admit that this is quite unnatural...
