Some languages don't have alveolar stops at all, whereas most have bilabial.

Not implosives.   ;)

Actually, that's what's missing: Pressure.   There needs to be a 
Pulmonic/non-pulmonic feature.   This should take care of clicks, ejectives and implosives 
(right?).

Nothing about ATR?   Makes representing ATR harmony difficult.

Interesting idea, though.   :)
