Shreyas and Teoh: suggestions for both Relays

Actually, Teoh., what I and Irina did was to contact all the
members of our list in a private group mailing and put
them in order. I know you've done this already on
CONLANG, but this is more official. Also, publish
their email addresses after their names. This way they
will know whom they are receiving a text from and to
whom they will be sending one, and there won't be any
time wasted searching for that person's email. This also
gives each member of the relay some sense of time elapse.
Each member was also required to post to the private list
that they had passed their text on to the next, usually with
some remark like "The torch has passed from Teonaht to
Wenetaic! S. Caves."

This will keep the sense that the game is going, and alert
anybody else to delays. In otherwords, let everybody
communicate in the private list. It won't then clog
CONLANG.

Shreyas may want to adopt this strategy in his Relay
Game as well.
