If you don't mind paying a little bit of money, then
http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/wells/cassette.htm sell a cassette or a
CD with sounds of the IPA (UKP 7 / USD 12), spoken by two speakers.
I got the CD and like it. (Now if I could remember where I put it ...
