Yes-- general info at http://cinduworld.tripod.com/cindu.htm and more
precise calculations at http://cinduworld.tripod.com/kashdatetime.htm (not
updated for a while...) I hope all the math is correct...............I wish
I could set up a Cindu clock/calendar in my computer (like Carsten has for
his Ayeri) but that's way beyond my abilities.
Their leap days fall nearest whichever equinox/solstice is most out of
whack. These occur on the 1st day of month 1(spring) - 5 (summer) - 9
(autumn) - 13 (winter)---but one revision that I just decided on: by
convention, a leap day falls on the day before the equinoxes (and is called
"waiting day" lecele), but mid-month for the solstices (called "dancing day"
lekrandam). They are holidays and unnumbered, and create long "weekends"--
and every month begins on lembrim 1. Does that make sense? Any more or less
sense than assigning ours to February 29?
