I assumed that much, but that doesn't answer the question, since if the rules say that 700 is a 465-day leap year, you could still go either way as far as the position of the leap day. If the leap day goes with the preceding year, then clearly the leap day for 700 would fall between 700 and 701. If the leap day goes with the following year, then it falls between 699 and 700.
