I doubt it, if only for the reason that there must be umpteen
different forum programs out there and it's unlikely that any
third-party service would integrate well with all of them.

(Also, many forums require you to sign up for them, providing various
bits of information beyond the real-name-and-email-address that's
typically in your email headers.)
